Huntington Seacliff

Since its opening, Seacliff in Huntington Beach, California has repeatedly been ranked #1 in new home sales throughout southern California. This 429-acre beach close, master plan PLC community has 1,800 new homes with golf course proximity and is anchored with retail. Several public improvements resulting from the Seacliff development included major street widening projects, wetlands restoration, the construction of a 9-million-gallon water reservoir and pump station, a new fire station, a police communications facility and new elementary school.
