Rosedale in Azusa, California is San Gabriel Valley's only new master-planned community. Covering 517-acres, this expansive, one of a kind, master plan community consists of eight new neighborhoods with up to 1,250 homes and a variety of floor plans. This community is located in the scenic foothills above the San Gabriel Valley.
