Westridge

Westridge in La Habra, California is master plan community consisting of 400-acres with 400 homes surrounded by an 18-hole golf course and the Westridge Golf Club. This PLC development was created to meet the increasing demand for luxury homes between Orange County and downtown Los Angeles. Homes at Westridge sold for approximately $150,000 more than the previous median home price in the area. In addition, PLC contributed over $3.2 million to local schools and preserved 150 acres of open space.
